Riverwest Processing, Inc., located in Glenn, California, was founded in 2004 by the Koehnen and Paiva families. Both of these families are deeply involved in agriculture within the local Sacramento Valley and together bring over 100 years of experience to Riverwest, with one coming from a beekeeping background, and the other coming from the hulling/shelling side they understand the dynamics of the industry and what it takes to be successful. With that strong backbone Riverwest embarked on a mission to provide a first-class processing destination for growers and a complete supply solution for customers seeking high-quality, natural California-grown almonds.

Riverwest is situated on 40 acres surrounded by bountiful almond orchards and backed up against the beautiful Sacramento River. By sticking to the core beliefs of its founders and focusing on quality, efficiency and building relationships, Riverwest has quickly grown to be a large, independent nut processor that ships to customers worldwide.
